Goldwise is not a regulated entity because selling physical precious metals and not derivatives is not a regulated activity. You’re dealing with the underlying asset. We do operate however like a regulated entity to allow us to partner and work with a range of regulated partners
Unlike most bullion dealers, we combine the order books of the world’s leading metals banks and brokers using our price aggregator. This means you are getting the lowest Buy price & the highest Sell price on the Market.

Yes, when you invest with us you’re buying or selling real bullion and we give you title ownership to keep your assets safe unlike ETC/EFT products
Title ownership is where the asset is owned by you by law meaning that in the event that Goldwise ceased to trade (we don’t plan on this) that you still own and will have access to your precious metals
